Office of General Affairs

 

     The Office of General Affairs is an administrative unit established with a mission to provide a superior teaching and research community to the University members. There are as many as 60 employees allocated to 6 divisions, i.e., Division of Construction and Maintenance, Division of General Businesses, Division of Property Management,Division of Archives, Division of Environmental Protection and Division of Cashier. As a result, it enables our staff to work as a united team, maintain such a massive facility and streamline the administrative process and costs within the University. The Office is headed by the dean, who is directly appointed by the President. The General Affairs Conference is held regularly on the issue of a wide variety of associated affairs.
